What this is

Marqo is a decision-tracking tool built by Articulate Digital. This page explains what information is collected when you visit this site, how it is used, and your options.

The Marqo app itself stores all data locally on your device. Nothing entered in the app is sent to a server. This policy covers the marketing and waitlist page only.

Information collected

Email address. If you submit the waitlist form on this site, your email address is collected through Formspree, a third-party form service. It is used only to contact you about early access to Marqo.

Analytics. This site uses Plausible Analytics, which collects aggregate data (page visited, referrer, country) without cookies or personal information. It does not track you across sites.

No other data is collected. No account is created when you join the waitlist. No financial information is collected on this site.

How your email is used

If you submit your email through the waitlist form, it will be used to:

• Notify you when early access is available
• Send a personal follow-up from the founder (within approximately one week)

Your email is used only for Marqo access and updates. It will not be shared or sold.

Data sharing

Your email address is processed by Formspree (formspree.io) when you submit the waitlist form. Formspree is a form backend service. You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

No other third parties receive your personal information.

Removing your email

To remove your email from the Marqo waitlist or request deletion of your data, contact hello@articulatedigital.co with the subject line "Remove from Marqo list." Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
