What this is

Marqo is a decision-tracking tool built by Articulate Digital. This page explains what information is collected when you visit this site, how it is used, and your options.

This policy covers both this site and the Marqo iOS app.

The Marqo app stores all data locally on your device. The projects, decisions and reasoning you enter are never sent to a server, are not readable by Articulate Digital, and leave the device only when you choose to share or export a file yourself.

If you subscribe, the purchase is handled by Apple and by RevenueCat, the billing provider. They receive a purchase record and an anonymous identifier so a subscription can be restored on your other devices. Neither receives the contents of anything you have written in the app.

Information collected

Email address. Before Marqo was released, this site had a launch-notification form. Email addresses submitted through it were collected through Formspree, a third-party form service. The form was removed on September 14, 2026, and the site no longer collects email addresses.

Analytics. This site uses Plausible Analytics, which collects aggregate data (page visited, referrer, country) without cookies or personal information. It does not track you across sites.

No other data is collected. No account is created on this site. No financial information is collected on this site.

How your email is used

If you submitted your email through the launch-notification form, it is used to send you one email announcing that Marqo is on the App Store.

Your email is used only for Marqo updates. It will not be shared or sold.

Data sharing

Email addresses submitted through the launch-notification form, before it was removed, were processed by Formspree (formspree.io). Formspree is a form backend service. You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

No other third parties receive your personal information.

Removing your email

To remove your email from the Marqo launch-notification list or request deletion of your data, contact hello@articulatedigital.co with the subject line "Remove from Marqo list." Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
